What was u.comms tasked with?
The goal was to deliver a series of regular educational webinars on building, positioning, and promoting a personal brand for students of IAMPM online school.
The main focus was to provide practical communications knowledge and tools for two target audiences: HR managers (the HR Time course) and legal professionals working in IT (the Law Master course).
Educational program and key lecture topics
u.comms founder Ulyana Kolodii served as a lecturer for specialized modules focused on building a public profile and managing reputation.
The “Three Pillars” of Personal Branding
The courses covered three fundamental tools in detail: consistent social media activity, effective media relations, and personal networking through professional communities and events.
Practical tools and anti-case studies
Using specific examples, the lecturer explained how to overcome the “I have nothing to write about” syndrome, choose relevant topics for media coverage, and avoid common mistakes that prevent a personal brand from working, as well as the less obvious challenges of public visibility.
