What was the challenge for u.comms?
u.comms was tasked with supporting the launch of Helsi+, a new feature in the Helsi mobile app. The goal was to introduce users to its AI-powered capabilities, which help patients better understand their laboratory test results.
Key objectives:
- Introduce the new functionality: Raise awareness of Helsi+ and its AI-powered analysis of laboratory test results.
- Drive app adoption: Encourage users to download the Helsi app and explore its new tools.
- Establish clear positioning: Make it clear that the service does not diagnose medical conditions, but highlights potential health risks and recommends the appropriate specialist.
- Secure media coverage: Generate coverage in leading national and specialist publications.
How did we support the launch?
u.comms developed and implemented a comprehensive media outreach plan to introduce the new functionality and communicate its practical value to patients. The messaging focused on how Helsi+ can help users make sense of their test results while clearly communicating the service’s limitations.
Helsi+ helps users understand their laboratory test results. It does not provide diagnoses, but highlights potential health risks and suggests which specialist to consult.
