The context behind the digital transformation project
What was u.comms tasked with?
The East Europe Foundation, our long-standing partner, approached u.comms to develop a series of four expert-led success stories about new electronic registries developed by Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation on the Diia.Engine platform, with support from the EU, GIZ Ukraine, and the German government.

How did we deliver the expert communications campaign?
The subject of electronic registries required the team to quickly get to grips with complex technical details and legal requirements. We conducted a series of in-depth interviews with experts from the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agrarian Policy, and Ministry of Veterans Affairs to understand how these new systems are transforming society and the economy.
